Leadership

Princeton Bible Church is a staff-led church, with the Senior Pastor as the head of the Church under the authority of Jesus Christ, and accountable to the Governing Board and/or the Deacons. The leadership structure is apportioned into three parts: the office of the Senior Pastor, the Governing Board, and ministry leaders (lay or paid staff). The church is further made up of Deacons and Members. Deacons minister to the church body in the manner of Acts 6:1-6, and members are those individuals who are committed to PBC as their home church.

Governing Board
The Governing Board governs the church in legal, budgetary, financial, and other business matters. The Board provides accountability for the Senior Pastor in the areas of PBC vision, goals, and budget; morality; and alignment with biblical principles and teachings. The Board also may assist the Senior Pastor with church discipline matters. Finally, the Board approves candidates to be hired in pastoral and other key staff positions, and approves paid staff positions through the annual budget.

Deacons
Although not acting in the governing of the church, deacons play a vital role at PBC. The Deacons assist the Senior Pastor with visiting the sick, communion, and teaching. Further, they may assist the Senior Pastor with church discipline matters. They also provide accountability to the pastoral staff.
